Hi,

I am not sure about the judgment but you can file a defamation case on any false/wrong statements given in the court.

There's a lawyer Haresh Raichura who writes a lot on false cases and things people involved in false cases can do. Defamation is one such and it holds grounds for statement made in affidavits to the court. Read his blog.
